I returned the item. Too bad I am out the shipping when it is the fault of the seller that he didn’t not have the correct picture of the item on his website.

I ordered the skechers Shape Ups in the black with the white and grey bottoms. When they arrived in the mail, they were the all black shoes. I will be sending them back. I feel that if they didn’t have any more of the color I ordered, I should have been consulted with before they just took it upon themselves to send me a color that I really did not want. After reading other reviews, I see that I am not the only customer who this has happened to.I am normally happy with the products I receive from Amazon, but in this specific case, I am disappointed because I did not receive what I ordered.

first time this has happened on amazon, i’m more than a little disappointed. i ordered the black sneaker with the white sole, it was clearly pictured on the page i ordered from and even now AS I’M WRITING THIS REVIEW, the shoe i wanted is pictured to the right.
however, what i received was the all black “at work” version of the shape ups. these are horribly ugly and will be going back immediately.
also, i wear a size 10 in all my shoes and these size 10s were pretty tight. i tried them on with thin socks (trouser socks?) and it felt pretty snug. i have not tried them with thicker athletic socks, might be too tight to be comfortable? maybe they’re supposed to be really tight?
to sum it up this was NOT a positive shopping experience on amazon. bummer :/

I purchased the shape up optimize, and tried them at home. They were definitely not for me. Yes, they are cute and look great with jeans but simply just not practical. I felt out of balance. I tried to give the shoes a chance by walking in them at home on my carpet, but no matter what they just didn’t feel right. I felt as if the weight of my feet was turning in to the middle. I have never experienced this with any other shoe. I watched the dvd that accompanies the shoe and followed the instructions. Still, the shoes did not feel right. I highly recommend that if anyone is interested in these shoes try them at the store first.

I love these shoes! I have heel spurs and my feet never hurt when I wear these shoes. I would buy them again without hesitation.
